ZOFANG 轴方传动
Integrated supplier of industrial transmission components

One equipment list. Connected component requirements.

Since 2008, ZOFANG has coordinated industrial transmission requirements across specified brands, China-made components and drawing-based parts. Model details, interfaces, inspection scope and delivery are confirmed item by item.

Nine product families, connected by the equipment they serve

Each product family keeps its own technical requirements. Procurement follows the relationships between the parts, with standard items and drawing-based work included in the same project list.

Line-item review
Line-item review

Chinese-made components

Established domestic supply resources support sourcing around materials, dimensions, operating conditions and delivery requirements. Products from different sources retain their individual specifications and acceptance criteria.

Specified brands and models

Requirements for NSK, SKF, FAG, INA, HIWIN, TBI and other brands are reviewed against full part numbers. Suffixes, configurations, documentation and availability are confirmed for each line item.

Parts made to drawing

Pulley bores, screw ends, locating parts and special fasteners are reviewed alongside the standard parts they connect to. Work follows the agreed drawing revision and technical requirements.

Clear interfaces before procurement

Designations and revisions

Brands, series, complete part numbers, configuration suffixes and drawing revisions are linked to the relevant items. Similar part numbers are not assumed to be interchangeable.

Dimensions and assembly

Shafts, bores, keyways, flanges, hole patterns and assembly heights are coordinated. Missing dimensions and interface differences are recorded separately; engineering selections and substitutions remain subject to approval.

Quantities and project needs

Item quantities, quantities per machine, spares and delivery batches are aligned with the project list to help reduce assembly delays caused by mismatched arrival schedules.

Operating conditions and selection

Loads, speeds, travel, environment and installation space affect selection. Items requiring engineering calculations are assessed separately; unverified combinations are not presented as approved assemblies.

One item list, from review through delivery

01 · Requirement review

Items are organized by product family, brand and model, drawing revision and quantity, distinguishing standard components, specified brands and custom work.

02 · Specification and quotation

Open technical points, supply scope, pricing, lead times and document requirements are tied to individual lines, making the quotation basis clear.

03 · Project coordination

Procurement or custom work follows the confirmed order, with attention to critical-item progress and the interfaces between related parts.

04 · Coordinated delivery

Consolidated or staged shipments follow the agreed schedule. Item identification, quantities, packaging and accompanying documents are checked against the project list.

A clear basis for the next order

Controlled changes

Changes to models, quantities, drawings or process requirements are checked against the quotation, order and delivery plan. The agreed change record defines the revised scope.

Item-specific issue handling

Shortages, incorrect items, transport damage or specification differences are identified by order line and batch, with photographs, measurements and the actual condition informing the response.

Revision-aware repeat orders

Repeat purchases are checked against previously agreed models, drawings and acceptance requirements. Changes in the current requirement trigger a new review of the affected details.

Multiple transmission components. One coordinated point of contact.

A brand part number, a standard-component list or a custom drawing can be the starting point for your supply project.
